R&D Center

Approved by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), our R&D center is equipped with a comprehensive range of more than 60 sets of national-level and international-level testing instruments and devices, enabling us to perform several levels of product testing programs. In mechanics lab, test items include tensile strength, bonding strength, displacement capacity, elongation and other physical properties. The environmental-conditions lab is equipped with many advanced devices to simulate different working environments and test the property stability of silicone products. Those devices include salt spray corrosion resistance test chamber, horizontal-vertical flammability tester, sulfur dioxide resistance test chamber, high-temperature high-humidity and high-pressure test chamber and water-UV chamber.

Our national-level technical center is equipped with various testing instruments and devices, enabling us to test the performances of all products.

Mechanics lab
In the mechanics lab, we have 4 electronic universal testing machines to test tensile strength, elongation and other physical properties.

Test report
This is the test report for 668 cement silicone sealant. The tensile strengths (TS) (MPa) of the samples are 0.488, 0.533 and 0.487. The tensile elongations (Eb) (%) are 669.848, 686.751, and 666.041. The testing data indicates that this product is of low modulus and high elongation.

U.S. imported INSTRON fatigue testing machine

The INSTRON fatigue testing machine is used for performing fatigue testing.

It tests silicone sealant specimens once per second for a total of 200,000 times.

We have 2 accelerated weathering laboratories. In the first accelerated weathering laboratory, there are 5 sets of electrothermal ovens, 2 sets of water-UV chambers, 1 UV chamber, and 1 plasma testing machine.

Plasma testing machine
We utilize a plasma processor to treat the surface of the PP material with a plasma flame. This ensures a good adhesion between the PP material and silicone sealant.

This PP surface treatment is primarily applied to adhering PP to automotive lights.

Here is our second accelerated weathering laboratory, equipped with a precision salt spray test chamber, horizontal-vertical flame chamber tester, sulfur dioxide test chamber, high temperature and humidity test chamber, high/low temperature cycling chamber, rotor vulkameter, and many other precision testing machines.

Precision salt spray test chamber
The precision salt spray test chamber can simulate the salt spray environment of coastal areas in order to measure the performance stability of silicone sealants.

Horizontal-vertical flame chamber tester
It is used to measure the flame retardant properties of silicone sealants.

Sulfur dioxide test chamber
Our sulfur dioxide test chamber can simulate the acid rain environment in heavy industrial areas to test the stability of silicone sealants in acid rain.
