In Collaborating with a prominent Italian manufacturer, we have jointly developed a state-of-the-art vertical type fully-automatic sealant production line. The entire production process operates without manual intervention and in a totally-enclosed environment. This innovative design guarantees the stable high quality, prevents dust pollution and improves production efficiency. This manufacturing process achievement vaults GB to the very top of the industry in terms of production efficiency and precision. During the production process, raw materials are opened and delivered to a specific tank for temporary storage. Next, the system sends the materials for premixing in a set proportion. After that, the materials enter into the main mixer. The mixer implements our unique manufacture techniques, uniformly blends materials and allows them to fully react. Two fully-automatic lines accomplish the filling, sealing and packaging while a robot is used to stack the well-packed boxes.

This innovative design guarantees the stable high quality, prevents dust pollution and improves production efficiency.
Preparation of raw materials Preparation is the first step in the entire production process. We store sufficient powdered and liquid materials to guarantee the production.

powdered material In the powdered material warehouse, the powdered materials are stored in storage tanks.
Liquid material warehouse During the production process, raw materials are opened and delivered to specific tanks through pipes. Next, the system sends the materials for premixing in a set proportion. After that, the materials enter into the main mixer.
Main mixer Under the control of a computer, two main mixers implement our unique manufacturing techniques, uniformly blend materials and allow them to fully react.
Secondary Mixer Different from traditional mixing mode, our main mixer mixes materials in 360 degrees to improve the stability of the materials.
The materials are conveyed through pipes without coming into contact with air.
Fully-automatic packaging line We have 2 fully-automatic packaging lines.
Automatic filling
Sealing The cartridge bottom is pressed into the cartridge body in order to achieve sealing.
Packaging 24 cartridges are packed in a carton with 6 to a group. The fully-automatic packaging lines have a high efficiency and can place the cartridges in order.
Nozzles are automatically loaded into the cartons.

After the nozzles are loaded in the carton, the cartons will be sealed.

Packaging The cartons are packaged with the plastic straps, which is the last step of the production process.
Stacking The CNC automatic stacking robot is used to stack the cartons according to programmed procedures.
